Assisi Village AL-MC Expansion

This project consists of a 42,000 square-foot, 3-story new senior housing addition to the existing Assisi Village Building including new skywalk bridge. Assisi Village Assisted Living is a licensed Assisted Living Program in Dubuque, IA. This building features 24 resident rooms, new kitchen and dining area, two new lounge common areas and new chapel. The scope of work includes lighting, power, voice-data-video, fire alarm, and associated systems.
