Located in the Port of Dubuque, the Flexsteel Corporate Headquarters is a 4-story, 46,000 square-foot office building including full height windows, multiple private offices and a roof garden overlooking the Mississippi River. Westphal & Co. completed the electrical work, including power distribution, standby power generation, lighting and lighting control, fire alarm system, UPS power back-up, voice/data cabling, access control system, security camera system and branch circuiting. This energy efficient building allows Flexsteel to manage and serve its global operations while staying on the cutting edge of green power.
