This Wisconsin DOT project was part of the I39/I90 Widening Project preparing alternate routes for heavier traffic volumes expected during the future interstate expansion project. Our scope of work included upgrading 14 major intersections with traffic signals, intelligent traffic control systems, and street lighting over an 11 mile stretch from USH 51 and USH 14.
